Refrigerator not cooling and ice maker needs solenoid replaced. We were called and told the ice maker was fixed and could not find a problem with
refrigerator, we questioned that as we KNEW fridge was not working. After two more weeks they ordered a board for it then another week realized wrong board and finally we told them we were coming to get it as we had a trip scheduled and it was fixed when we picked it up. Very dissatisfied with customer service as they told us something different each time. Also techs are very incompetent, basically I had to tell them what to check on fridge. Should have fixed myself but have extended warranty and it was covered. We will never use this service again. |

Brought MH in for what I complained was a wheel
bearing going bad, service manager insisted wind noise, MH was still under warranty. Less than a month later, now out of warranty, I brought the MH for a leaking wheel seal. Service manager called to tell me the wheel bearing was also bad. I then explained to him that I had just brought it in for a wheel bearing noise etc: That he should give me a discount! It was like talking to a brick wall- No acknowledgment just a bill for $300.00. I will never purchase any thing from that rip off dealership! |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Professional and very friendly. I was treated very nicely and they were always courteous. I would return there if I ever need service. The entire staff and the experience with them made me a "Happy Camper !!" | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | After a two week vacation winding through the mountains of North Carolina and NE Georgia I was planning to pass through Augusta on my way to Florida when my brakes gave out. I went in at 9:00 am, told them I was in a big hurry, and took a taxi to local mall to wait. It was only four hours from their call giving me the price estimate (and getting my O.K.) until the next call telling me my RV was ready! I went on my way and have had no problems with brakes again. | ||

| Service Performed: | Heater and refrigerator stopped working. Turned out the mfg placed the heater box on top of a wire and the vibration shorted to the box and blew the fuse. The fridge was on the same fuse. They also found the heater would not work after the short was fixed due to a centrifugal switch on the blower not being able to work because the battery had run down. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | It took most of the day to find the problem, but they contacted the mfg several times and finally found the problem. They took us in right away (we were beginning a 6 week trip), and worked on it until it was fixed. They have also handled a few warranty problems, they honored the appointment times and got us up quickly. | ||
