Date of Service:
8/22/2006

Work Done on:
Class A - Gasoline

Service Performed:
Upon purchase of a used Class A RV, problems began, first the relay for the power blew, they replaced that, but then after getting the darn thing home, the relay still didn't work, was sent a part they thought was the problem, but that didn't repair the problem either!

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Workmen not very knowledgeable of electrical systems. I personally repaired the unit myself with about $20 in parts and about 1 hour of work, with no previous knowledge of RV electrical systems, since this was my first purchase. Their techs need to go back to school.
