  Date of Service:   8/28/2011
  Company Contact:   Eugene Junior
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Awning, shocks, general check out of a newly acquired '95 Rexhall that was suffering from deferred maintenance.
All Seasons had this rig for over a month and a half and didn't take care of several small items and misdiagnosed the condition of the brakes.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   For as long as they had this rig they missed a bunch of items that I requested. Their communication skills
are very weak. I will never use their services again and I suggest that you think twice before you use them unless
you are willing to sit in their lot to make sure of them to get anything done in a timely manner.

  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   Brakes on trailer failed and despite the fact that they were fully booked, All Seasons squeezed us in for emergency repairs on both truck and trailer.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Thorough job and we were on our way in 3 hours. Cost was appropriate. Parts department and RV supplies could stand shoulder to shoulder with Camping Wold.

  Date of Service:   4/15/2008
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Repaired Coleman heat pump, located under our Alfa. Electric heat and air conditioning were not working. Other minor repairs done at the same time.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   This took 2 weeks to figure out and order parts. They kept at it till they got it right. They gave us a spot to park and hook up during the repair time so we could stay in our 5th wheel, at no expense. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and up front.

  Date of Service:   4/1/2006
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   The installed two fantastic fans, shocks and converted my shore power cable from the permanently connected kind to the Marine kind that I unplug from the 5er and store in a compartment.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent workmanship. No complaints what so ever. Shock mounts looked like I would expect if they came from the factory, even though they had to weld them on. Fan installation was perfect. I was a little concerned with the power cord conversion after talking to the service tech when he said they may have to replace a portion of the skirting and get it repainted. However they were able to make the conversion without doing the extra work making it easier for them and cheaper for me.
  Value of Service:   Excellent
  Quality of Service:   Excellent
