While staying next door at the KOA I decided to start
the remodel of my wet bay. This was my first look behind the panel and many of the parts of this puzzle were foreign to me. Every time that I presented a part or a question to the guys in the parts department they were beyond helpful. They listened carefully, looked at the photos on my phone, diagnosed the problem, identified the parts and instantly produced them from their extensive stock. Just as I was breaking camp on Saturday afternoon (of course) my water pump electrical system went down. I checked all of the obvious points of possible failure and panicked. Luckily, I found C & M open on a Saturday afternoon! I pulled my rig into C & M and once again these guys went above and beyond to help me out. They listened carefully and quickly diagnosed the issue to be a failed controller due to its exposure to water from the recent remodel. They pulled one out of stock (last one), plugged it in for me, and BOOM! Problem solved! The replacement part was a perfect match and an upgrade to the original because of its sealed design. Hooray! |
