  Date of Service:   10/5/2010
  Company Contact:   Don Palen
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Remove damaged 22 ft. Girard automatic awning and replace with new one. At Your Service was sent out by my insurance company.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent! Very timely, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend! Not everyone can work on a Girard awning because of the way they are recessed into the side of the coach. Don and his team did a superb job!

  Date of Service:   11/19/2007
  Company Contact:   Don
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Kitchen slide would not retract fully ... gear in the slide mechanism was worn and several teeth missing.

Don called the manufacturer and arranged to have the replacement part overnighted to him; worked with our extended service contract to get authorization for the repair; and replaced the part to our satisfaction.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Really impressed. Don worked us in to his schedule, arrived on time, was very professional, and wouldn't take any money (for the initial visit) until we were fully satisfied with the repair.

Will certainly use them again. Couldn't ask for better service.

  Date of Service:   5/1/2006
  Company Contact:   Don Palen
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Repair soft floor in bedroom area.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   He removed the carpet and pad, and determined the best fix was a thee quarter inch ply installed over existing floor. He took measurements, and it fit like a glove, and it was an area with a lot of odd angles. He not only screwed it down, he also poured a whole bottle of glue under ply to eliminate any squeak.

They did a magnificent job laying carpet. It is rock solid, and better than new.

Also used them 2 years ago to check brake shoes. When he pulled drums off, the never-lube bearings were leaking, and some keepers had fell off and chewed up drum. He called Dexter and explained what he found. The trailer was over a year out of warranty, so he took pictures of the drums etc. and faxed them to Dexter, and then called them and talked them into sending new drums, bearings, magnets and seals for all 4 wheels. They also paid his labor to change them out. He has a way with words, and does quality work.
