Traded for new motorhome. We traveled from Florida to Arkansas for the deal. We were treated like gold. Every part of our experience was great.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
The Winnegabo we bought was in exceptional shape and they had fully serviced the unit. Every little thing we asked to be adjusted or fixed, which wasn't much, was promptly taken care of with a smile. I would label this place as the best.
On March 31 I was in route to my sons' college baseball game in Memphis, Tn. As I prepared to leave I switched my refrigerator over from AC to DC since I would be traveling most of the day and running down the batteries would not be a problem. In short, my refrigerator went dead and wouldn't run in any of its' 3 modes. I suspected a fuse but was on a tight schedule, it was early, and I had no replacement fuses, so I elected to hit the road and try to find repair along the way.
Luckily we found RV City in Benton, Arkansas. Mr. Fletcher Wade, Service Manager, was very busy but took the time to trouble shoot our problem, found it was, indeed, a fuse problem and that the wrong size fuse had been previously installed. Although he spent almost an hour with us, he refused payment, allowing me to only pay for a box of fuses, and had us on our way.
Since I am quick to jump on poor or over priced service I wish to publicly commend Mr. Wade and RV City. You can feel you are in good hands and will be treated fairly at this establishment.
