Warranty work...diagnose faulty side camera, minor bodywork, stretch carpet, install washer/dryer.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
All work was done to my satisfaction in less that 24 hours. Cartec's service department is spotless, so you can trust they won't track shop floor junk in your coach. Tech's are competent. Paul, the service manager is a great listener/communicator, keeping me informed via telephone. Coach was ready for me to go as promised with the A/C running to cool it down since it was 100+ degrees when I picked it up.
Had some warranty work to do on our new Bay. The dealer Cartec in Bordentown NJ was very good. They kept us informed of the progress and did a great job. They are a full service facility and have all of the latest diagnostic equipment and can do anything from A-Z. When we picked it up the service manager(Dave) was just finishing washing our coach.
