Shoddy work and horrible customer service, although the ladies in the office-Stephanie and Pam-were fantastic. They removed the underbelly with
insulation to get to the hole. 500 miles later it had a leak and the underbelly fell off. Need to have all that work redone. They were also going to fix a water pump I bought from them 3 weeks prior, but we were told "we can't fix it because we're very busy and have other customers." It was in the shop already for 5 days and it was NOT a last-minute request either. They knew they had to do it but we were not on their priority list. They are also terribly understaffed. We ended up having to stay in Arcadia an extra month. The actual work was only 2 days; all the rest of the time was spent waiting for scheduling. |

| Service Performed: | Had a pin-hole leak in a diesel line and couldn't locate it ourselves...they found leak and repaired at relatively low cost....we'll take coach back before heading north in May, 2006 for work on parking brake and a couple of other small items. | ||

| Service Performed: | Major brake work on air drier. Was a tough job that nobody else wanted to tackle but Ally never gave it a thought! Super nice and honest and very informative! I will always let them work on my coach when in the area! | ||
