| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Terrible...I advise all to stay away from here. We were never informed of the progress & they finally just told us to come to get the unit. They did change the oil, etc & when I asked to review the invoice before paying it, I was told they couldn't do that & I would have to look over the counter to view their computer screen. Very, very unpleasant office staff although the service technician was nice. | ||

Repair some warranty work on a Rockwood travel trailer.
1. Replace faulty radio. 2. Replace Sink Drain 3. Repair sunlight leak. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Poor. They took forever, including going past the expected completion date. They were extremely unresponsive to returning phone calls, including the so called owner Arron Johnston. Terrible service, and the work performed was indeed sub par. Terrible experience. If possible avoid this dealership. Just a heads up. | ||

Shopped 4 RV dealers in the area and found that not only was the staff more knowledgeable than any of the dealers in our area. Their quote was reasonable, and the work that was performed looked better than when it came from the factory!
