My 2014 Heartland Cyclone 4100 was purchased in Northern Indiana. There was a defect in the large fixed window on the door side. This was a Heartland
authorized replacement. |

I've been critical of Stinnett in 2 prior reviews but must admit that they busted their butts trying to repair this problem. Unfortunately, the repairs didn't work, but I can't blame them. The problem has been caused by Power Gear.
They were responsive to my needs and ensured we could get off to Florida on time. |

Follow-up to my last report. The dealership has had me take the coach to the factory.
Still at least 10 items that need to be fixed under warranty that the dealer never got to or was unable to repair. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Stinnett has had the coach more than I have. No matter how much time I give them, they don't start until the very last minute. I've found that they are unresponsive until I am standing in front of them and unhappy. Very poor communication also. | ||

| Service Performed: | Repaired a leak around the driver's side window. This problem had been repaired before, but did not stay repaired. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Workmanship was excellent as was the customer relations of this company. Our appointment had been with Camping World in the same complex, but when we got there CW kept us for three hours and then said they couldn't do that kind of work. Stinnett came to our aid on short notice and did excellent work. They are not cheap, but the do quality work and guarantee it. They even called after the first rain to be sure that the leak was repaired. | ||

| Service Performed: | We bought a new motorhome from Tom Stinnett RV and stayed on their lot a week. Every morning a technician came to our motorhome and asked if we found any new problems. When we mentioned problems he fixed them immediately. | ||
