After the worst dealings with a dealership ever, after the sale, I realized the screw on leg to the sofa was broken, I called the dealer, and told them I needed a replacement leg. It had now been nearly 4 months and still no leg I have called several times over the months only to have her tell me its in the works. I now have called again and she is on vacation and no one else knows anything.. surprise surprise. You would think when you purchase a 2006 spending nearly 60K you would get decent service. Maybe someday the couch wont be propped up with a 4x4

Still waiting for anything to be done by this dealership. Everyone I dealt with from the secretary to the owner are not helpful, once the sale is done its, well, your on your own. I wouldn't refer anyone to this dealer for anything.

Leaking bedroom slide, den doors off track, and ordered a counter top extension
Evaluation of Service Performed:
They checked out the slide found seal loose and could put hand through seal, just filled with some black junk and never replaced seal. Doors were fixed perfect. Ordered counter top extension 1st of June, she never ordered it because our appointment was not until Aug. Stopped by end of July still didn't order it and had no price. When we arrived for service no counter top extension and no idea of when it would come. She had not even ordered it until the day before. Service men are very good at what they do. But the woman in charge leaves a lot to be desired as far as customer service and organization. She is very lax and is the reason for poor dealer service at the Jayco Dealer.
