Outstanding. Had to use Gary for a prior issue, and each time he
was timely, efficient, and fixed our issues without fuss. Also educated us as the what to watch for, with battery issues. Glad to have had his expertise with the repairs. And we were very pleased with the cost. Wish we had a service like his back home. |

Great company to work with. When I called Gary and
he didn't answer, he immediately returned by phone call and he gave me a scheduled date and time and was prompt to show up on time. His rates are competitive with any other mobile repair service I've contacted. He fixed both of my problems in less than an hour and saved me $1000. |

Very poor. He charged me $370 and replaced a part on my AC unit that did not need replacing. When it still didn't work I called another repairman and within
30 minutes he found the problem which was totally unrelated to the $370 part Northshore Repair installed. When I contacted Gary with Northshore to ask for part, not all, of my money back he was rude and said he didn't do anything wrong. Would never use him again. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Gary does RV repair and warranty work on site. He does charge a service call, but it is well worth paying to not have my RV sitting on a dealers lot for months at a time. He will also go to a campground if there is a problem within his service area. I highly recommend Northshore RV Repair. | ||
