My new Winnebago Trend had a leak in the roof above the driver's seat. It is still under warranty. I called Winnebago and it would have been weeks to get in
for an appointment. I got in the same day and they fixed the leak for $38.50.

I have had many positive experience with the service and management. I have had all warranty items handled expeditiously and had insurance repairs completed successfully. This time the service was jack warranty issue on leak.

This is what I call a good, responsive dealer who respects their customers time and satisfaction. I have bought two RV's here and would buy a third if I ever need another.

List of new vehicle problems. They scheduled an appointment within two days of contact and turned it around with in two days as per my request. They fixed most of the list and ordered parts for the rest...will see how this turns out.

Completed work was done well...will have to have a couple of the problems revisited. A leaky compartment that is better but still leaks and a satellite dish that is still having problems.
