Henderson's Line-Up is one of the most honest shops to be found. Their work is definitely above average. Learned a lot from
these folks. Henderson's staff have a wealth of experience. They allow you in the shop to observe their work. Comfortable waiting room. Overnight RV parking available. SuperSteer in a division of Hendersons. |

| Service Performed: | We went in for some suspension work (Safe-T bar) plus transmission filter change. | ||

This is a difficult evaluation for me to do. Henderson did a great job of the Safe-T bar, as they always do with all suspension work (we've used them before
for the same). Sadly they did a terrible job of the transmission service. They accidentally drained all the fluid from our transmission during the filter change, then added the *wrong* transmission oil (non-Allison approved), effectively voiding our transmission warranty. In the end we had to go to another shop for a re-flush with correct fluid to correct the mistake (which Henderson's, to their credit, paid for). Henderson only recently branched out from their core suspension work to "general repair" and unfortunately I don't think they are ready. A great suspension shop, but I wouldn't recommend any other service else there. |

performing and then after to show how your new parts have cure the problems your rig had. Money back guarantee is their motto. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I think these guys provide a good service but at a price that only people outside the area can afford and even at that its to pricey. Look, if you have a line item pricing for the work to be performed and some of it is not necessary than I think the price should be less not more and I kind of feel they use a little Bait and Hook but in a real nice way. When I left I felt the work was done in a professional manner but way overpriced so therefore I probably won't return. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | New Koni shocks, Roadmaster sway bar, have helped handling tremendously. Drives like a different motorhome. I know original shocks were pretty weak, but did not expect this much improvement. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent. They aren't the cheapest, but their work is Quality. This is the second time in two years they have worked on our '97 Chevy chassis Bounder, and we have been satisfied both times. | ||
