This is the sole Winnebago authorized dealer in NJ as far as I know. I
bought my new Forza here and several months later brought my coach back for in-warranty work (loose/detached woodwork, awnings pulling away from coach, etc etc usual factory defect repairs. It�s a very busy shop being the only NJ factory location for Winnebago so lead times are L O N G. Good communications with service team. Also they have recently moved to this new location and facilities are beautiful. If you need Winnebago factory repairs and don�t want to drive out to Forest City, this is where you�ll need to go. |

| Service Performed: | I brought the Trailer in after doing some minor body damage at a campground. After calling a few local Airstream dealers and finding out that they don't do work like this on a regular basis, I did not feel comfortable giving them the job. After the disappointment I researched on the web and found an Airstream dealership a few states over that does this type of work all of the time and were very knowledgeable about the product. Bill told me to bring the trailer over and he would have it fixed in a few days | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | After picking up the trailer I am totally satisfied with the workmanship, the timely manner and professionalism that the service department of Colonial Airstream in Lakewood New Jersey was able to give me. I would recommend them to every fellow Airstreamer. Guys, its worth the trip. | ||
