Let my unit sit there almost 4 months before performing any work. We actually had to make a surprise visit to see that our unit had not been touched. The
service manager is very poor. Does not know what he is doing. He repairs have had to be repaired. |

| Service Performed: | Repair water lines, city water and fresh water tank, change house battery and install new converter. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | coming into New Orleans(Metairie) I had a blow out and got that fixed and then headed for the KOA and hooked up and found the leaks in the water lines. I called Bents RV in the morning and they said bring it in and they fixed it in no time at all. Great bunch of people. | ||
