HWH fluid pump failing, including connections to retract slide room. Gene drove up to Mountainair to diagnose the problem,
get the slide retracted for travel and ordered parts. He had the parts installed after delivery and I've had no further problems with slides or leveller feet (both run on same system). |

Excellent! The problem noted is only one of a many items I've had Gene address on my 2002 era Wbg Ultimate Advantage. Every
job, small or large, has been done quickly and correctly, from replacing the hail damaged shroud for the back up camera to the HWH job. I will take my coach to him for anything he can fix anytime I'm in the ABQ area! |

Repair/replace three air conditioners. One unit was dead, had a bad compressor. Gene took parts off of this one to get the
other two working. He moved the fan motor to one and capacitors to the other. Gene ordered a replacement air conditioner and installed it when it arrived. He is also a certified Aqua-Hot repairman. |

I was very pleased with the service provided. Gene was very knowledgeable about repairing/replacing air conditioners, is
professional, doesn't waste time, and backs his work 100%. |
