  Company Contact:   David
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Repair of generator that was not
working
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Just have to share a story with a
happy ending. We have a class A and
have been having problems with our
generator over the last year. We live
in Miami so resources for RV repairs
are scarce. We took it to Camping
World, wasted 3 hours and way too
much money only to drive away and 5
minutes up the road have the same
problem. We tried replacing multiple
parts ourselves and still the same
problem. Finally, we found ECOWASH
Systems in Doral. The name may he
misleading but they are a
multifaceted company. They worked
tirelessly and just kept digging away
at the problem until they found that
a wire in the back of the generator
was rubbing against the rig and had
worn it down. That frayed wire was
causing the generator to keep sending
faulty messages to the generator and
was the cause of it stopping after
running more than 5-10 minutes. We
are on our first trip and the
generator is running perfectly! Thank
you John, David, and the whole
ECOWASH Systems team for your
relentless pursuit to uncover the
problem. If anyone is around South
Florida and needs generator or small
engine work, these are the guys for
you. Highly recommend!
