12 month 12k mile MOP, check for oil leak, filters, dryers,
etc. I brought them the Freightliner check list, they had never seen one. Really?? |

When you pay by the hour at $199, you'd like to see some
efficiency. None. Charged $199 to lie on his back (no lift, no pit) and say "I don't see any" ( Exterior of oil pan is still slimy black) Never again. |

We needed same day recall work on our diesel RV.
Jamie Martinez was willing to give us an appointment so that we could plan our trip to Austin when other Freightliners could not do this for us. |

He had a tech assigned and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Work was quick and well done. They even fixed a long-standing
ac problem on the same day. Facility was clean and very efficient. Staff was very friendly and seemed concerned for us. GREAT service! We will be back. |
