First installer had it so screwed up that it was not
only inoperable but dangerous. I called Rick and described the problem I had with the original install and he agreed to work me in his schedule. Even on short notice and in the middle of other scheduled work, he kept me informed about his progress in getting here. After he arrived, we went over the problems and he went right to work. He agreed that not only was the original install wrong but also a potential fire hazard. Rick was very competent, friendly and fair with his charges and showed up when he said he would. I would highly recommend Rick The Roving Tech to repair your RV. |

Quickly isolated puzzling loss of Main A/C, Microwave, Convertor, and Bathroom Lighting to failing contact on 50 Amp Power
cord. Demonstrated problem, how to repair in the future, made recommendations for improvement of performance of system. I happened to catch him between jobs, and he was on site within 45 minutes of initial contact. Since I have some Electrical knowledge, he worked through some diagnostics with me on the phone while driving to my location! So happy with his prompt response, and quick repair I paid more than he asked. |
