Wheel bearings seem to be fine, however the
water heater was supposed to be warranty, owner and mechanics were told several times, they did not call for warranty authorization. Forced us to pay by cash at 5 pm on Friday, would not take credit card. Locked trailer coupler, blocked us in,yelled, cursed, and threatened to leave it locked for weekend. Would not give bad part to me so I could send to suburban for credit, had to call suburban following Monday, they called him to get him to send part to them. He was going to bill them for warranty work after we already paid. Charged 160 for board, 130 for labor, 2 hrs to diagnose and replace a board that takes about 15 minutes to do. Sounds like attempted fraud to me. |
