Performed a diagnosis as to why the leveling system would not operate. Said he had talked to HWH for assistance in diagnosing the problem and determined
the controller needed replacement. Quoted me a cost of $1023.00 for the controller alone with installation costs added later. He wanted 100% payment in advance to which I would not agree. A little research and I found the same controller from the same manufacturer for $300.00 less. His mark up was close to 50% which I believe to be outrageous. The new part changed nothing and I believe the diagnosis was wrong. |
