Flush out rust and replace lever on propane tanks.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Took 100.00 and never returned. After several phone contacts promised to refund money before I left the campground. Never returned money or repaired the problems. Never pay up front.   Value of Service:   Poor   Quality of Service:   Poor               Date of Service:   11/9/2017   Work Done on:   Travel Trailer   Service Performed:   It took 3 months to complete warranty service on an awning motor. There were several additional services requested such as moving a carrier from one RV to a new RV purchased that took over 5 months.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   It was so slow to get done but once finally completed the results were satisfactory. The biggest issue was that they knew that we wanted to sell the 2015 model, in July, after purchasing a new 2017 model and could not afford or need to keep both, and the service took 5 months to complete. Some of the work was in fact never done but we sold the older model, in winter months, on a "fire sale" for much less than we would have gotten had we been able to put it on the market sooner. In fact, the wife of the owner said that she never planned to complete the last task even though she promised on multiple occasions that they were comming right away. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to have work completed in a timely manner. I was shocked when I heard the wife at my neighbors camper talking to her husband and laughing because she had just hung up the phone and told her husband that my neighbor doesn't believe her anymore. Duhhh, no-one should believe anything that the woman says if it is important that you get the correct information.
