We found ourselves on the road
working an extended contract 350 miles from our dealership. Dixie RV in Breaux Bridge was the nearest authorized Keystone dealer. Even though they don't normally service RVs not purchased there, they agreed to perform the recall repair on our travel trailer on a day convenient for us. I was treated like any other customer. Their service department was very professional and their waiting area quite comfortable. The repair was performed in a reasonable time frame. They even helped diagnose a trailer lighting issue and helped me change a bad fuse in my truck that was causing this problem. I was well-pleased with my experience there. |
