Kevin replaced the broken parts of TV antenna keeping the dang thing from retracting, and, squirreled his way into the
front of the rig to replace a broken signal light bulb. I was able to drive in and out without unhooking the car, even
though the business is not large and shares space with Mahindra (red) tractor sales. I showed up, without calling, on a
Saturday around 10:30 to find Kevin doing a walk-through with a new RV owner on a rig they had sold him. Kevin was finished
with him around 1pm, but I was HAPPY to wait because Von states they usually don't have service on site on Saturdays, only
parts sales. The labor and parts price were reasonable and both folks were the nicest, most polite folks I've ever
interacted with in Meridian. They had some quality items I needed for RV, too (Dometic toilet cleaner).
Evaluation of Service Performed:
I used the time waiting to do cleaning that gets deferred when I'm making mileage. I noticed Kevin explain all the systems
to the new RV young fellow thoroughly, patiently and allowing ample time for questions and letting the information sink in.
He tweaked a few things on the tow/hitch combo to get the new owner on the road. I remember when I was a new owner and the
walk thru was a race by the service guy to spit out everything and be done! I could see that Kevin is interested in a GOOD
job, not slap/dash. He had my work items done in an hour, including hiking up to the roof a couple of times to loosen stuck
components. Yes, I had to wait a while, but in fairness I did 'ambush' them by just driving in without calling.
