I called the BAMA RV service center after discovering my RV's
thermostat and furnace was not working. We had gone through a cold night without heat and needed some help. Lynn was able to make room on her service schedule to get us in immediately. I was so impressed with the professionalism and speed that all of my concerns were met. They not only fixed my thermostat and furnace issue but were also able to complete a generator service and battery check. My expectations were exceeded. Thank you Jason and Zack for working on my RV, and thank you Lynn for getting us back on the road. If you have any service needs for your RV will be in good hands with the BAMA RV service team. |

Very good work. Bama RV has always taken good care of us when it comes to any work on our campers. We originally had a Crossroads
5th wheel but trades that in for a Highland Ridge. Couldn't be happier with the price, service and professionalism. |

Warranty work on slide for RV purchased new from Bama RV in Dothan, Al. I entered 03/17/2016 as the date work was done,
however we had the unit at the dealership so many times for the same problem that I am not sure of all the dates. |

Our advice is to stay clear of this Dothan, Alabama Dealership. Their is service work is terrible! The sales staff and
service techs are okay; the service manager is the problem. If you can get him to return calls you are very lucky. We bought our RV new from Bama RV in March of 2016. The dealership was under new ownership and the sales staff was friendly. We paid for our unit outright so financing was not an issue; everything was good until we needed service. Right out of the box, our slide would not open and close, requiring us to hand crank it manually (not an easy task for us). The slide should have been a �no big deal� warranty issue. After hauling the RV to Bama RV several times for service, which is a two hour trip both ways and tying up the camper for weeks at a time on each attempt to get the unit repaired, we called the manufacturer for help in getting the now out of warranty RV fixed. We were told by the manufacturer that there were no reported records of any problems with our slide. Apparently the service manager had never bothered to log the problem during our many attempts to get the RV repaired at Bama RV. Without this record, we stood no chance of getting the slide repaired under warranty. Realizing that our unit didn't stand a chance of getting repaired by Bama RV, we have taken it to a repair center in Prattville, Alabama. Hopefully they will be more professional than Bama RV. We are planning on buying a larger unit in the near future but would NEVER consider Bama RV. If they can't repair or service what they sell, why would anyone buy from them? |
