Date of Service:
12/1/2016

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Had error codes that they resolved. The primary culprit was a bad EGR that had to be replaced. The office and techs call me frequently (they work 2 shifts)
and kept me up to date with a progress report of the work. The 2006 Holiday Rambler had much corrosion around the engine compartment and 3 of the
bolts were fully seized and had to be drilled out.(I know they were not making this up since my brother-in-law and myself took 3 hours to remove one bolt
when we replaced the AC compressor on the engine.)
There have been no further engine issues since this repair 4 weeks ago. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and customer service for all of
the personnel at this site.
Before this repair, I had ordered numerous Cummins parts for various repairs that we did when we first got the RV. (Purchased 9/1/2016).
Definitely purchase a membership in the Cummins Power Club ($20/yr.) This gives you a 10% discount on parts and labor. Also join Cummins QuickServe
On-Line, it has all the service manual updates and parts diagrams to help you get the right part.
