Evaluation of Service Performed:
I had a serious problem with the service department that resulted in a
failure to resolve the problem. My efforts to get the problem escalated to
someone who could resolve the problem were initially frustrated by a
service manager that denied responsibility for the problem and gave me no
realistic avenue to appeal his denial. Subsequently I had the problem
corrected at another RV repair facility. Three days after my problem with
All RV Needs had reached its standoff I was contacted by the owner, Ronald
Dace, who offered to write me a check for the repairs that had been done.
So, after three days my problem was resolved, but only after reaching an
apparent standoff with the repair department. I have since been told by the
owner that the company policy is to escalate unresolved conflicts to him
for resolution, but that didn't seem to work in my case. If you have any
problem with All RV Needs, I would recommend that you do whatever you have
to do to get the owner's attention.
