Class A - Diesel
Took Newmar Essex in for slight oil leak in one gasket on engine.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
The service had been scheduled well in advance yet they didn't even work on the coach until 5 days later, 9/30/16. Although the only thing they needed
access to was the engine bay someone was in the house part of the coach going through things. Someone tried pulling a slide out for some reason. When I
received coach back none of the leveling jacks work any more. There were greasy oil hand prints on the side of coach next to entry door as well.
