The day we picked up the 5th wheel one of
the technicians was super helpful in retrofitting the connection between the RV and truck. The uncarriage tire mount was not installed!, the technician said that it would be to our home address, since they dropped the ball, after several months of communication we were told that we would have to pick the item up. Months after that, we were told that the part was no longer available from the manufacturer. I reached out to the manufacturer who confirmed that they have the part, so I connected the two parties via email but never heard from Layzee Acres. Also shortly after we picked up our fifth wheel, we discovered that some of the windows weren�t opening properly, that the water flow was intermittent and the fan in the washroom wasn�t working, we called and had repairs done but the technicians had walked through with muddy boots. We shared this with Layzee Acres but was essentially told Management had no response for us. |

Purchased A used fifth wheel 2015 told all was checked especially brakes, 2 months later no brakes they would not do anything took trailer to another dealer
had to have all brake magnets replaced. |
