Paul Everett's RV (PE) has several shops in several
states INCLUDING WA, NV and AZ. Keystone directed me to take my 5th wheel to a Nevada PE location in Laughlin NV. I had a brake issue since buying this rig. They (PE) did a repair that was better, since I originally had no brakes, but did not do the job correctly. To add they also removed and reinstalled my hitch adapter the wrong way and did not tell me. I found out when my 5th wheel contacted the back of my cab and broke my truck rear window. Since then at the cost of $1,400 I've had my brakes fixed correctly at another shop. That shop found that my brakes were wired incorrectly by the PE shop and there was a mix match of incorrect parts used by PE. |

PE's work was done substandard and not to code.
Additionally their service manager is the worst manager I've ever encountered. He never returns calls and is very evasive in his answers. PE will NEVER TOUCH MY RV AGAIN. This issue is currently under litigation. Don't walk away ... RUN AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE FACILITY from my personal experience with PE Laughlin! |

They fit me into their tight schedule since my solar inverter needed to be replaced and I had no electricity. Did an excellent job - I had purchased the inverter
myself, and they only charged me one hour service to install it and I was on my way. That was two weeks ago, and it's working fine. |
