We hired Brian multiple times over the course of a year or so. At first
he was reliable, accurate and responsible but over the course of a few months he stopped showing up on time (often 24 hours or more late) and sometimes he would fail to show up at all and would call a week or two later full of apologies and excuses. Eventually it became almost impossible to get in touch with him. I last heard from him well over a year ago but I still Google his name hoping to find him. He twice convinced me to advance payments for parts and labor which I begrudgingly agreed to do because he had his two young children with him and they were clearly in a bad situation. Once he had the advanced payments he simply disappeared and his voicemail was full. I will keep looking for him until I find him because I want my money back. |

We asked Brian to go over our Class A and give us a list
of anything that needed to be addressed immediately or in the near future. He was also to install an a/c fan that we had ordered and to wash it. Every time we asked when it would be ready, he promised a day and time, then didn't follow through. This went on for 3 weeks and we finally insisted that we had to have it. He drove it back to us unwashed, with the front jacks down and the gas tank door flapping open. The inside was filthy, especially the bathrooms, and items were missing. We didn't get a list and don't even know for sure whether he installed the fan we bought and paid him to install. He has refused to respond to texts or phone calls and we feel completely ripped off. |

him. Note that he is in Kingston, GA, now but travels all over. There isn't much that he can't do. |
