They completed a used trailer transaction with my husband without my consent as the customer of record.I called the sales lady and expressly asked her to
stop since it was my money and my contact information being used. She and her manager never returned calls. When acquiring said vehicle for the first time, they did a very brief overview of how it works... in the dark...in the off-season. They didn't say how it was made ready for our inspection or show us how to use certain components. We didn't know the wrong tow package was put on by them until we were ready to use it for the first time this coming year. They refused to swap out the tow package, wanted to charge us for it and told us we should have said something when we bought it. We are new to this and never had a trailer. They took advantage of us. |
