Only due to being local I have used them for several
years. I noticed poor braking on my camper and dealt with it for three years. Harbold's inspected all 3 years. I then took my camper to another dealer for the brakes; they found the electric brake wires severed. They fixed and worked great. I don't know how this obvious issue could be missed if inspected properly; unless their collecting the money and slapping a sticker on. I needed a screen fixed, they left it sit in their garage 2 months. Upon visiting to check on status, they told me to take it down to Ace Hardware which is where they take it. Take cash, if the bill is $10 or under they won't take credit card. |

I would not risk my families safety on their poor
workmanship. The business does not know customer service. I now tow my camper to a credible dealership further away. |
