  Date of Service:   12/3/2015
  Company Contact:   Jennifer
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   My electrical receiver receptacle attached to my coach broke, so I was unable to hook up my toad to brake lights, etc. I needed a new receptacle. It was a
Thursday and I was on the road and planned to leave the Seneca area on Friday. I called and spoke to Jennifer. She said she couldn't take me the next day,
the were booked but could work me in Monday. I explained I was planning to leave Saturday morning, she asked if I could get there by 3:30 pm (45 min)
and her guy , Scott, could do it in the time left for today. I hauled butt over there and the work was done quickly and perfectly. Unfortunately for me, I hadn't brought the toad and so I didn't bother to check the work until the next morning, I was leaving the very next morning, and I had no electrical connection. Called Jennifer back, explained my dilemma and she said bring it over in two hours and Scott would find out what was wrong. Turned out I had
a BAD cable too! I did it to myself, when I pulled the cable loose from the toad after I broke the receptacle on my coach. I didn't use the "ears" but pulled on
the cable itself, and it turned out that I pulled the inside wires in the cable loose from the connector, no, I wasn't mad! Anyway, I had no connection and
needed them to figure out why. Scott found the problem, fixed my cable and they refused to charge me EVEN THOUGH IT WAS MY FAULT the cable was
broken!
Evaluation of Service Performed:   These folks are not on the beaten path, but well worth the drive. They also do RV body repairs, so they are really good folks to know. Jennifer knew I was
traveling and went out of her way to work me in, TWICE! When follow-up work was necessary, she immediately went the extra mile to get me back in and
got it fixed. I HIGHLY recommend these folks.
  Value of Service:   Excellent
