  Date of Service:   5/12/2018
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   The transmission TCM shutdown on my
2006 Monaco Diplomat. It wouldn't get out of
1st on the console also turned on the stop
engine light lighting up the whole dashboard.
I called Jason who was really concerned
about our problem on Saturday afternoon.
Luckily we hobbled into the Elks Lodge which
was just down the road from Tri-County
Repair. Jason said his Transmission Tech
wouldn't be in till Monday morning. Monday
morning I called before they opened They
told me to bring it in. He assigned a Tech
named Micheal, he was very professional
jumped right on my problem Monaco. Within
one hour he found the problem and set out
to fix it after telling me the problem. I have
owned this Motorhome for 5 years. I have
had the tranny looked at by Allison
specialists who said my tranny has always
worked the way it should. Now after Michael
worked on the burnt wires on the TCM at the
engine my tranny shifts and works better
than anytime I have owned it. I can't say
enough about the great service I received
here!!! They are the greatest!
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Most Excellent

  Date of Service:   9/11/2015
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Wheel bearing failure that took out hub and axle spline. Diagnosed, removed axle and shipped to Dexter for replacement. Assembled and installed
replacement axle.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Axle removed after hours on weekday and installed after hours on a Saturday because we were stranded. Up front, honest shop with no BS. Total was about
half of what an RV shop would have been. They primarily work on trucks, diesels and only mechanical work.
  Value of Service:   Excellent

  Date of Service:   8/15/2015
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Emergency response for failed wheel bearing which damaged axle. Ordered new axle and installed. This shop is limited in what they do to mostly engines,
transmissions and suspension.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent. Got us able to tow back to campground where they removed damaged axle and shipped to Dexter after work hours. Installed new axle 9 days later
on a Saturday afternoon. Since we were stranded, they placed priority on getting us on the road again.
