Our Dometic 1210 RV refrigerator quit working for the
second time in 10 months (the cooling unit had to be
replaced this past January). This time it was the
"recall kit" or high temperature sensing and cut-off
module that died. Tom diagnosed the issue and had the
part on hand (no thanks to Thetford/Dometic!).

Thetford/Dometic is a PITA to work with - especially
with this particular issue. Tom, however, was great.
We were only scheduled to be in the Richmond area two
days and he squeezed us in during that time. He is
competent and well-versed in this particular Dometic
problem. He had to spend over 30 minutes on the phone
just trying to get through to someone at Dometic and
got the work completed as soon as he received
authorization. We are very grateful to have a
refrigerator again.

Fantastic job. Came to our site at Americamps and
determined the problem. Ordered the new motor kit and
came back the next day. Nice fellow. Very capable and
professional.

This is a mobile RV service company. Our living room slide would not deploy on our arrival in Williamsburg VA - a potentially expensive situation. Tom
responded the next morning and after about 20 minutes, found that the locking mechanism that keeps the slide topper awning from unrolling during travel
had hung up. I didn't even know there was such a device. He removed the gizmo, verified that the slide worked without it, then remounted it so it wouldn't
hang up again. We (and he) figured this was potentially a multi-thousand dollar fix. We were both pleased that it was a simple and much less expensive
solution.

Tom is RVIA certified, and his attention to detail is exceptional. Although based in the Richmond VA area, he travels down into the tidewater area a lot. His
work is excellent, and his approach is professional.
