Date of Service:
9/11/2017

Work Done on:
Class A - Gasoline

Service Performed:
Onan Marquis 5500 quit. Belt broken. The Cummins crew got right on it, and had it done in a timely fashion, at about $1000
UNDER the estimate! The tech fixed a couple of oil leaks while he had the genset out of the coach. The generator was bench
tested to verify running condition and output, then tested again after re-installation.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
All work was done completely up to my standards and expectations (I am a retired mechanic, A&P license).
Service Manager Talis kept me updated on the progress of the work with daily phone calls, and advised me of the oil leaks,
getting my permission to repair them before proceeding.
Had been having a problem, for the last 2,000 miles with intermittent, irregular puffs of smoke from the Cummins 5.9 ISB in our motorhome. 1,400 miles
prior I had it checked by what seemed a knowledgeable diesel shop in Flagstaff, AZ. Their diagnoses indicated nothing wrong. Problem got progressively
worse. With 45,000 miles on Mr. Motor I dropped in on Rocky Mountain Cummins, Billings, MT, unannounced at 07:00 on 8/28/2015. The Service
Coordinator took down my information and had a technician quickly diagnose the problem as a bad fuel injector. Then the Service Coordinator, Karla,
worked diligently and competently with my extended warranty insurance provider to help me get a significant reimbursement. Technician Scott was very
competent and went the extra mile to get us back on the road same day. Cummins has a top of the list hourly rate but I left feeling like me and my
insurance company hit the road again with a high level of confidence in the work performed and got our moneys worth.
