Tim and his team were outstanding! I just had to pay
for the labor as the unit was under warranty with Dometic. They had my unit in/out in less than a week...which was awesome considering they had to wait for Dometic to ship the replacement parts and it was also the middle of January. I would use them again for sure. |

Do not take your Motorcoach to these folks, they are trailer people and have limited knowledge about Diesel Pushers. I took my Fleetwood American Dream
in for basic service (filters and oil change), check brake wear and check the ABS system as the dash light stays lit. I was told "no problem". They would take care of it. This was on a Tuesday morning and I was told they would have it done by weeks end. I called on Thursday to get the status and was told they were looking for a severe fuel leak. There was no fuel leak when I left it with them. It took them several more days to locate the leak and a $500 charge for the leaky part. A long story short, They did not pull the wheels and check brake wear, The ABS light is still lit and the Check Engine light now comes on when throttling up a grade. I was charged $2200 for a service that has caused additional problems and made my coach unsafe for travel. |

Roof sealant around vents and front and rear seams had deteriorated and cracked, which could have led to roof leakage. Mr. Stratton happened to be on the
roof checking my air conditioner operation and noticed the sealant problem. |

Mr. Stratton was very polite and professional, a true gentleman and business man. The work he performed looked better than the original when our 5th
wheel was new. I would highly recommend Stratton RV Service to anyone in need of service. |
