Generator would not start, seemed to have been a frozen starter or frozen motor. Took it to Holley's and Brian, the service representative, quickly identified
that the starter was frozen in the 'open' state due to a bad battery connection. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
Brian got the generator going in no time, showed and explained to me the problem and how to fix it if it happens again. Changed the oil for me, and made
adjustments to make the generator operate better. All of this for just over an hours work, and total cost was $130. |
