Purchased a new 2015 Jay Flight 29 RKS travel trailer from Camping World, Kingston on 04/30/15. On 05/11/15 I brought the travel trailer to Camping
World for warranty work that was never performed. It was left there for a week and never touched. If the prep work was done correctly all of the warranty issues could have been avoided. Also I spent four hours cleaning the camper and that should have been included in the prep charge. The prep fee in the amount of $400.00 was in the bill of sale. |

Michael Lenhann had the nerve to ask me when I picked up the camper "how many times do you plan on using the camper this summer?" Also it took Michael
Lenhann over an hour to locate the camper. Michael said he lost it. |

POOR! Not ready after waiting over 3 weeks for pick up. Now 6 weeks and still parts are broken and missing. No one has any idea what anyone is doing or
how to help a customer. Just pass the buck to the other guy. BUY YOUR RV ELSEWHERE! |
