Jason worked on our air conditioner
and identified a problem with our batteries that prevented a multitude of problems plus other jobs we needed to address. He was wonderful to work with,punctual, extremely knowledgable. He worked until 9pm one night to meet our needs. Very reasonable with his pricing. By being a Mobil service, he came to us and that was so helpful We would highly recommend Jason's RV Services to anyone needing excellent RV service. |

Found and fixed a water drip in the bay that was
causing the pump to cycle. Found it buried in a very hard to reach place with a double 90 bend under the main slide. |

He worked very hard to find and fix the issue. Made
sure it was the issue first by checking other locations. Identified. Provided me with what he planned to do and how he planned to fixed. I Ok'ed and he did it better than the original. Also tighten some other fittings while he was here. |

Diagnose HWH hydraulic jacks that would not go down.
Also answered questions on other possible issues. The problem was so esoteric that even HWH tech support was stumped for a while. |

work with, and he worked efficiently. Between him and the HWH tech support, they persisted and did some brainstorming, checking with other HWH techs, and ultimately identified the issue with the shuttle valve. |

| Service Performed: | Diagnosis of leak in water pump of washer/dryer (in March, 2017) and then replacement of washer/dryer | ||

Jason and Monica did an outstanding job. When he first came out in March, he identified the problem as being a water pump
that was leaking in our washer/dryer. He gave us options on what to do and we decided to get it replaced. We were planning to leave the Whitney area in the next day or so and could not get it done then, but Jason measured everything and we had it planned for how the old unit would come out and the new one would go in (he identified that we would have to remove a door from our freezer to pass a narrow point in the hallway). We were then able to be prepared with a cooler to empty the freezer. Jason and Monica came to our site as promised, removed the old unit, and brought the new one in - always being careful to ensure that there was no damage as they were moving in the tight quarters of the bus. I highly recommend Jason's Mobile Service! |

New rubber roof installed. Jason noticed we had more damage than was noticeable including mold, so he replaced all the wood and some of the insulation.
He also serviced all the A/C's and replaced vents. We were very happy with how thorough he was! |

My slide-out moved a few inches then one side stopped. I called this company as a reference from a friend that has used them before. He showed up when
he said he would, asked me several questions pertaining to this problem and then he got to work. |
