Excellent. CE light cleared. A/C turned out to be a leak in the coach system so will be repaired by
Newmar. Josh was the tech and Bob the service writer. Pleasure to deal with. Note: Although they are a FL/Oasis (RV) service center this is a small operation. The Oasis designation indicates they are RV friendly but in this case it means they happily work on your RV but don't have any specific RV amenities. There are no RV hookups or separate RV waiting area. If you want a no frills experience getting your RV fixed come here. If you need pampering in a luxurious waiting room keep looking. The waiting area "driver's lounge" is clean and comfortable with a TV, snack machine, old magazines etc. |

Called 1 week in advance of arrival in Ocala area
and spoke with Scott who said to drop the coach off in morning and he would work it in in between other scheduled appointments. The recall required VIN specific parts, which were ordered mid-morning and arrived mid-afternoon same day. Parts were installed by 3:30 pm and I was on my way by 4:00 pm. Scott was very accommodating, worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied and even helped me back out! |

Ocala Freightliner quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue, ordered the replacement part and had it the next day. The part was installed in less than 15
minutes and our turn signals now work properly. The repair (parts and labor) was covered under warranty. We are very pleased with the services of Ocala Freightliner! |
