Tried to replace fuel line.
They left all line straps disconnected and others started leaking also from vibration. They denied it and lied. Would not repair or fix without charging again. |

Scheduled well in advance, asked rep to order and have on hand new thermostat - only limited time to leave for repair. Had unit all day and at end of day
told me they couldn't get the part. They didn't change the thermostat, but charged for "cleaning" radiator. |

Efficient, timely and knowledgable. I will be having them do my annual service this winter. They even inspected my Air Dryer when I overheard another
motorhome owner who had a problem with his air dryer. No charge. |
