| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I called first thing in the morning and told them I had an emergency, since I could not hook up to short power. Ken told me some things to check. After trying them, they allowed me to come in that day at about 2pm to check it out. Ken found the problem in a few minutes. Changed out the shore power cord and off I went. | ||

| Service Performed: | Had trouble with my step. Leisure Tyme made the phone call to my warranty company and corrected the problem without me getting involved. Service was fast and expertly done. I have had other work on my 1999 Flair 30H done at Leisure Tyme and have never had a problem. | ||
