No 12 Volt when the shoreline was not plugged in. I pulled in To Chase RV. Their serviceman came right out and tried to find the problem. I couldn't locate it. But tried very hard.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   I don't think Chase works on Motor homes often. Like many dealers they prefers 5th Wheel, Travel Trailers and etc. but they offered to try and I sincerely grateful for the fact that they took the time to attempt to find my problem.   Value of Service:   Excellent   Quality of Service:   Excellent       Date of Service:   8/1/2014   Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel   Service Performed:   Remove and replace steps on motorhome. Coordinate with manufacturer, which was more difficult than you might think.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   This dealership is excellent. They worked me in as a road emergency. They coordinated with the part manufacturer and kept me fully informed.
