We were in TX for the winter and not familiar with any RV repair people in this area. We had issues with electrical system in our motorhome - our lights kept
dimming and over a few weeks the batteries would get run down to the point that our 12 volt lights were barely putting out light. When we ran the engine or
put a trickle charger on the house batteries it would help for a week or so, then back to the same problem. We had a repair company come and they didn't
diagnose the problem so didn't fix anything but charged us anyway. So we called Happy Trails RV Repair; they were able to diagnose the problem as our
converter and fixed our problem. Very professional people and had a fair price for the work done.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Replaced our converter, double checked the house/coach batteries and the wires leading to the batteries and verified that the "brain" running our system was
functioning okay. All within a service call with an hour and half of labor charge. Very satisfied with them.
