Heading to Alaska, our generator wouldn't run. Called Onan and they gave us Alpine's number. They got us in as soon as we arrived in Idaho Falls.
Spent the afternoon troubleshooting old generator. Called Cummins in Phoenix, Missoula, and Billings for assistance. Finally, we decided to have them install a new Cummins/Onan 5500 generator. Overnighted unit and we were back on the road the following day. |
