  Service Performed:   As full time RV residents we have had our fair share of problems with
our motor home. This was our first trip to Florida, we stayed at the
Gulf Waters RV Resort. When we arrived we hooked up and as our luck
would have it we had no power. The park highly recommends this
company and I now know why. We called the office, they got us in
within 24 hours of us calling in. They came out and got us us
temporary power while we were waiting for a part to come in. THIS
WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! 2 days later they came back out,
installed the part and it has been smooth sailing ever since. They were
professional and very timely. In the future we know who to call.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They were extremely timely, professional, and informational so we know
what to do if this happens again. I would HIGHLY recommend this
company.

  Service Performed:   Supposed to replace the cooling unit in our fridge
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   If I could give them 0 rating I would. Our cooling unit in our fridge
needed to be replaced. Came out within an hour to get our $95.00. Our
unit was still under warranty so they had the replacement unit within a
week. Six weeks later our fridge is still not fixed. They were told on
numerous occasions that we were leaving on March 31. We called them
almost every day for a while. Finally they told us the repair would
happen on March 25. Waited until 11 a.m. no one called or showed.
Called them and they assured us the fridge would be fixed on that day.
Called again two hours later and received the same reply. At 5:15 p.m.
they called and said no it was not happening but they would call us
between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. the next morning. Never called. We called at
10 and Katie said she would call back. Called at 11 and said we were
tired of being dicked around and either they were coming or not. Katie
said no they weren't. Call the next day and asked to speak to the owner.
Left a not so nice message. You would think that the owner of a
company would call back to try to ease the situation but no nothing.
They don't care that you have been without a fridge for 6 weeks. They
just tell you what you want to hear and then nothing. If you want
something done please don't call this company. They are very
disorganized and can't tell you when it can be done. They were in a
hurry to collect the $95.00 for the service call. After talking with people
in the park we are at they have similar stories.

  Service Performed:   New roof, adjust slider, rebuild brake calipers, change
switch on stairs. $14,000. That they got paid most of
over a year ago, and the rest several months ago. This
is mom's RV, she is 76, and they just reamed her out
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   How does this guy even stay in business? The roof looks
OK but it hasn't rained yet, the stairs are coming out
again, and everything else was trashed, batteries dead,
tires flat, carpet trashed, on and on. Slider doesn't
work. They had it for almost two years, we had to get a
BBB judgement to even get the thing back. RV Doc v
Whittington on the BBB thing, will return with court
decision.

  Service Performed:   Various repairs were requested, shower leak,
bed above drivers seats was off track, water
pump replacement because of low flow.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   GRADE F. I honestly can not say enough
BAD about this company. It took them over a
month to get us a quote. They SAID it would
be completed by March 9th. The 9th came
and went and we still couldn�t get our RV
back. Did a DROP DEAD DATE of May 1st,
that date came and went as well. Told them
we were TAKING OUR RV BACK on the 10th
and STILL DIDNT GET IT UNTIL 11th. We
had to take it to ANOTHER RV REPAIR, they
had to replace the water pump again, we are
not sure it was replaced although we DID
PAY for a new one. The shower still leaks,
they never repaired the bed and never put
the pin back in so it has damaged our wall
more. When we got the RV back it was
FILTHY!!! I believe someone may have been
living in it for the months they had it.
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES AND RUN
SCREAMING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

  Service Performed:   We took our RV in to RV Doctor for a warranty issue
with our Atwood levelers on our motorhome. One jack
would not retract and eventually two others failed
during the fix. We know warranty issues can be
lengthy so we went with the flow for 6 months. When
RV Dr. said the problems were fixed we were
ecstatic. We asked Shelly if Dan checked them out
and she said yes; he always signs off on the repair.
Our assumption was they worked.

Went to pick up the RV and the tech who worked on
the levelers went inside with my husband and engaged
the system � and they worked in the manual mode.

We took the RV back to storage and when we tested
the leveling system Auto didn�t work; alarms went
off. When he tried the manual option the airbags
didn�t deflate. When the tech tested the system at
RV Doctor. the generator was on and my husband was
not at the controls and didn�t notice if the airbags
had deflated but again, the assumption was we were
good to go.

We called RV Doctor right away and Dan was busy;
he�d call back. No return call. We left the RV
and called several times in the next two weeks and
no call back. We were off their radar with the
leveling system still not working.

Shelly did mention that we have the manual to reset
everything but my husband believed that while a
�reset� might have been a simple fix, the six month
history alerted us that we needed a professional to
make sure everything was OK. We certainly didn�t
want to be the ones possibly causing additional
problems.

We ended up taking the RV to another local repair
shop and am happy to report they resolved the
problem. I�d like to add that Anita at Lippert
Components (who took over Atwood levelers) was very
helpful in getting the warranty issue resolved.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Poor - levelers didn't work when we picked up the RV.
I would not recommend taking your RV to RV Doctor.
Dan not only didn�t sign off on the work but was
not interested in taking care of the follow-up to
make things right. Return calls from them is pretty
much nonexistent however Shelly doesn�t mind you
calling her. Dan � forget him returning your calls.

  Service Performed:   Almost one month later and I have not heard back from RV Doctor to
tell me when they will be here to fix my RV. They charged $95.00 for a
service call but almost one month later still have not heard from them
on when my repairs will be completed.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They scheduled the first appointment between 10am-1pm...never
showed. I called them at 2:30 and was told they would be here by
4:00pm...never showed...They then called me and said they would be
here just after 5:00pm...never showed...I called them at 6:30pm and
left message with answering service. Received call back indicating
they were on their way...they finally showed up at 8:00pm. They
charged $95.00 for a service call and said they would be back the
following week to make repairs...It has been almost 4 weeks and the
only time I hear from them is when I called to find out what the status
is. It has been two weeks since speaking with them and they have not
bothered to show any positive customer service to keep me informed
of when I will have water leaks repaired or ice maker replaced.

  Service Performed:   Estimate for brake line repair
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Same as other negative comments. Called them to come out for an estimate to repair a brake
line as I did not want to drive it to be repaired. Was told a tech would have to come out and there
was a $95 service call that would be credited to our repair. I knew what was wrong, even showed
the tech where it was leaking. He charged me an additional fee of $125 for diagnosis, total $220
not $95. Told me he possibly could repair in driveway and that he would get back to me with an
estimate in a few days. It has been close to 6 weeks no estimate. We have been calling almost
every day with nothing but excuses about getting parts. Talked to owner Dan yesterday and was
told they will not repair on site and that they can't give an estimate without bringing or towing. So
I ended up paying them $220 to tell me what I already knew and still no estimate and they
probably won't fix it at home. Should have just had it towed to Camping World. What a scam!!

  Service Performed:   Fiberglass delamination and interior paneling. Insurance claim. Took 5 months to complete what they claim was a 2 week job. The only reason they finally
finished is that I got an attorney after them. They had one excuse and delay after another. I would not recommend them for any work.

  Service Performed:   Called for a rear leveling jack that would not retract.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   They got the jack up within 15 minutes of getting there. Would not tell me what they had done to fix it. Well they had not fixed it, they had just got the jack
up. Unbeknownst to me, they had removed the environmental boot protecting the jack. They did not reinstall the boot at all. Something that would have
literally taken them 2 minutes with a zip tie, or an adhesive. I finally got the my motorhome to a service provider, and $715 later due to the damage
caused by being exposed to the elements. rusted and corroded jack brake.

  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Brought in for an oil change, they called me and said all my batteries in the coach were dead, I said not to replace them because they were less than a year
old from Walmart. When I got it home I tested the batteries, all OK. The transfer switch had blown. It was OK when I took it in. When I went back and asked
him about it, he got very irritated and told me to get my piece of sh** out of there. I am not saying they blew the switch but they certainly should be able to
tell a dead battery from a bad transfer switch. I had done thousands of dollars of business with them before, must have caught him on a bad day. No way to
do business, will never return no matter what the situation
