Date of Service:
6/1/2014

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Had a list of about 30 items to be completed as my one year warranty was expiring from the manufacturer. They said they would need the coach for four
days to complete the list so we left it with them and traveled home,350 miles for them to do the work. When we called them the day before we were to be
there for pickup they said they needed an extra day, no problem. We arrived and picked it up, unable to check things out as it was getting late and they
were closing up shop. We drove all night and arrived in North Georgia the next night. It was then that we discovered that only one of the 30 items was
completed. The bad thing is that we were coerced to sign all the paperwork stating the work was done to our satisfaction! We now had a major problem
with the manufacturer of the coach as they did not want to pay for the items to be corrected had a major issue. They are a major rip off and a bunch of
scheisters!

Evaluation of Service Performed:
In five days they did one minor repair. I even paid to have the oil changed in the engine and the generator. looking at the oil a month later, it looked as
though it was not changed. It was very dark and smelled a bit burned and we only traveled 400 miles at that time. My evaluation: Zero on a scale of one to
ten
Just learned of this site. Had Camping World install tow pig and braking system. Original plan was to include Invisi-Brake. Tech said it wouldn't
work in my toad. So, they steered me to Add-A-Brake. Well it has been a real pain in the ass since. Today, 2/5/2014, we are in Kissimmee FL having
Air Force One system installed.

Camping World Gulf Breeze really ripped me off 2 - years ago; as we were new motorhome owners who trusted them for the correct solution.
